MAX’S KABISERA OPENS IN BONIFACIO HIGH STREET
Max’s Kabisera is the newest neighborhood stop in Bonifacio Global City for diners who are craving for some traditional Filipino food paired with that famous Pinoy hospitality. Located along Bonifacio High Street, the restaurant presents itself as a dining and social destination for people looking to have a good time over a satisfying meal, or even a drink or two with family and friends by the bar on the first floor.
Max’s Kabisera was born from the idea of combining two Max’s Group brands that celebrate Filipino food, culture, and hospitality. With Kabisera’s curated approach to product and service, and Max’s Restaurant’s well-loved recipes and over seven decades of operational expertise, customers in BGC and neighboring communities can expect a familiar yet redefined dining experience in every visit.
The restaurant boasts of a look and feel unique amongst establishments in the area. “We wanted to provide those in BGC with a place that would give them that familiar warmth of Max’s but set in a way that caters more to their lifestyle and taste as we combine it with elements of Kabisera’s elevated and thoughtful aesthetic. It’s another execution of how we are able to present Max’s as a brand that is relevant to the community it is in,” says Paolo S. Serrano, National Business Unit Head of Max’s Restaurant.
Coincidentally, this store marks the 196th location of Max’s Restaurant. Here, guests can enjoy traditional and long-time Pinoy favorites like the Max’s Fried Chicken, Crispy Pata, and Kare-Kare, side by side popular local dishes served with a twist like the Adobo Ribs, Sizzling Bulalo Steak, and Pugon Lechon Belly. It also houses a bar with an impressive selection of local and international beers and wine, complemented by a list of appetizing bar chows that call for great casual conversations.

“We’re delighted to be able to present to our customers a dining experience that is rooted in Max’s Restaurant’s heritage and punctuated with Kabisera’s more modern approach. We look forward to welcoming guests with an experience that will allow them to once again truly appreciate Filipino food, culture, and hospitality,” ends Serrano.
