A lot can say that cooking pasta is very easy but sometimes it’s hard to get the perfect blend of a saucy, meaty, cheesy and flavorful sauce. It takes the right ingredients to make this simple dish very delicious.

If you’ve already tried a Filipino style pasta, you’ll probably agree that it tends to be sweeter than usual. So when someone says they use a Filipino-Italian style sauce – I’m always curious as to which flavor will be more prominent.

I knew I had to try Spaghetti Source PH as they introduce their premium spaghetti with Filipino-Italian sauce. Currently priced at 199pesos only, this tray is good for 3-4 servings.

The delivery came from Mandaluyong and I was happy to receive the tubs still warm. I noticed right away that the pasta is cooked al dente and the sauce is in a separate tub (to preserve the quality). They also included a generous amount of cheese!

Upon receiving they advised that it should be consumed within 3 hours for the best quality and texture.

All I had to do was pop it in the microwave, mix the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle on some cheese. I super enjoyed that it isn’t the usual super sweet Filipino style and just the right balance.

Spaghetti Source’s premium pasta is made with 21 finest ingredients. It’s creamy and meaty with just the right amount of flavors, not too overwhelming. I honestly enjoyed having this and managed to have it up to 5 servings. Super sulit for only P199!

They also have a big tray (up to 16 servings) for only 949pesos. This is perfect for any celebrations at home (no need to cook and clean up)! Highly recommended for the upcoming Father’s Day.
