Lola Cafe

Rooted from the lola’s (grandmother) family who formerly owned the house, Lola Cafe promises to carry the warmth and love of their lola through their food and overall dining experience. Known as Quezon City’s hidden gem, Lola Cafe has expanded to Podium and now to S Maison Conrad Mall.

Couple of days ago, I was invited by What To Eat PH for an intimate lunch with some foodie bloggers. Luckily, I was available that day so I immediately said yes.

Lola Cafe

The menu that we got to try mostly consisted of their best-sellers. And wow, I was definitely blown away. Everything was so good!

I haven’t tried Lola Cafe’s other branches though I’ve seen the one in Podium couple of weeks ago. I may be a bit bias in saying this but the S Maison at Conrad branch has the best ambiance and view, you’ll get the view of the Bay and even the famous Ferris Wheel in MOA Complex. For NYE, I heard that they will have an amazing view of the fireworks! So if you’re still looking for a place to have dinner on the 31st, I suggest booking here.

My personal recommendations are:

  • Bone Marrow Sisig
  • Chorizo Gambas
  • Shrimp Aligue Pasta
  • Roasted Belly Tocino
  • Kesong Puti Cheesecake

I swear, those were too good that I wish I could have them everyday. By the way, Lola Cafe is now accepting holiday bookings and is also offering catering services.

A free-formed Filipino cuisine with their own twist to classic Filipino dishes, Lola Cafe can surely lift up your mood as every meal served is made with love – just like going home to your grandparents’.
