Sasa Asian Cuisine at Estancia Mall is one of the go-to restaurants around Capitol Commons. With a variety of classic and fusion dishes by internationally-trained celebrity chef Raymar Reyes, you will definitely have a lot to choose from.
The delightful flavors of Asia come alive here, as each offering combines multiple Asian influences for a uniquely delicious and modern take on this flavorful cuisine. With such a lively and cozy ambience, each visit to Sasa is promised to be a unique Asian experience!
Best-selling dishes include the Yasai Itame, Chef Raymar’s take on the Japanese dish with a Filipino twist – sauteéd vegetables and seafood are generously layered between crunchy lumpia wrappers and drizzled with our special sauce. The Soy Chicken is also a crowd favorite, tender and slow-cooked chicken simmered in Sasa’s special soy-based sauce.
This summer, Sasa also launches its Summer Coolers and Asian Merienda to satisfy the parched and hungry palates. The Asian Merienda offering includes Pandan Pouch, palm sugar delicately wrapped in pandan-flavored crépe, Taiwanese Beef Noodles, Chicken Karaage Burger with wasabi mayonnaise and fried garlic plus tempura vegetables and fries on the side, Klepon, an Indonesian inspired dessert of palm sugar stuffed in rice ball and black sesame sauce, Thai Halo-Halo and Mango Sago. Matching these flavourful snacks are Sasa Shakes: Pandan, Tamarind, and Black Tea.
Last April, Shitake Miso Pork Roll was launched which will be presented on a lechon type stand fronting the restaurant. Different sauces like apple miso, butter garlic miso, wasabi mayo and vinegar/ mustard based sauces are available.
Sasa dishes are affordable and come in sharing and group portions, and Sasa’s ambience is perfect for entertaining large groups in a fun, comfortable setting, whether it be for long lunches with friends, intimate dinners with family, meetings, or after-work drinks with colleagues. Ongoing promos also include Sasa Asian Bowls, Php250 bowls available during weekdays that come with Soup and Unlimited Rice, Sasa Asian Days, free Asian Bowl for every Php990 purchase on weekdays, and Sasa Riddles — which gives each visitor a chance at free dessert or discount via a wheel of fortune, with every correct guess of an Asia-related riddle.
