AngelSkin Soaps + Giveaway Announcement

With so many lightening and facial soaps in the market today, it is super hard to find the one that works for your skin. For me, I’m a bit struggling because I have acne prone/oily/sensitive skin and I don’t want to be broke buying expensive stuff.

Luckily, I stumbled upon AngelSkin soaps in Watsons SM Masinag. Priced at PHP140/per bar, I was very curious to try them out. I have to say though that what attracted me the most to AngelSkin Soap products is the fact that it is Paraben-Free.

The AngelSkin Transparent Facial Cleansing Bar is formulated with Glycerin and Vitamin E. It is suitable for Normal to sensitive skin. It claims to help nourish, moisturize and cleanse skin without the common skin product irritants.

Another one for the face is the Skin Clarifying Bar, formulated with Tea Tree Extract and Salicylic Acid, this is best suitable for acne-prone skin/ pimple-prone/ oily skin. It helps lightens age spots, discoloration and dark complexion and gives an overall brightening glow.

I used the latter and for some reason I think I was PMS-ing when I started using it because I had small breakouts. I’m still using it and I think my skin is now starting to adjust, yay!

For lightening soaps, they have two kinds the first one is formulated with Glutathione and Gigawhite and the second one is Kojic Acid & Gigawhite.

I didn’t notice immediate lightening effect on my skin, though I noticed that my complexion is more even since I started using the AngelSkin with Kojic Acid & Gigawhite bar soap. I don’t really want to have whiter skin so this works for me.
