Let’s admit it, most tourists are flying to Hong Kong because of a. shopping (Sneaker Street in Mong Kok is the go-to place for original/brand new affordable kicks) and b. Disneyland/Ocean Park. But why not explore the beach or hiking spots that Hong Kong has?

HK Cabana Repulse Bay Review

This is Repulse Bay in Hong Kong island. Easily accessible by MTR and a bus ride. The commute is such a breeze because public transportation is super organized there and most importantly, you aren’t going to be stuck in traffic!

The beach is good for swimming, though there aren’t any sunbeds, you are more than welcome to put your sarong down and lounge by the shore. But if you want to be “chillin’ like a boss”, I highly recommend that you check out Hong Kong Cabana in Repulse Bay.

The Pulse Cabana
Located on the top floor of The Pulse, Cabana will let you kick back in style with their spacious open-air rooftop terrac bar, sunbeds, cabanas and even their Japanese-style Jacuzzi-sized pools.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the view over the sea. Avail of their à la carte offerings with a minimum spend of HK$150 per person. And on weekends, you can choose from the packages available, HK$580 being the lowest.

For Saturdays, the HK$580 combo includes one full bottle of champagne per person, use of the sun loungers and Japanese pools, a towel service and some tasty nibbles. Definitely a good deal!

Hong Kong Cabana Repulse Bay

I had an awesome relaxting time here in Cabana as I got spoiled with a glass of Rosé on my hand while a DJ playing the perfect chill house beats sealed he mood. The staff here btw is impeccably accomodating and friendly, making the whole Cabana experience worth it.

Another reason why you should visit Cabana is because it is super Instagram-worthy! Every corner of the place is just perfect for a quick photoshoot. Have I mentioned how beautiful the sunset here is too?

I didn’t see the sunset though when I was here because of the haze 🙁

Where we’d all rather be.
