I love accessories! It doesn’t always have to be the fancy fine jewelry kind of type. Maybe sometimes, like 30%. Why? Because for some unearthly reason, it always gets misplaced, lost or forgotten. So if I spent $$$ on it, its always a heartbreak for me when that happens. Moving on, I always get attracted to the meaningful ones, perfect example is my infinity sign addiction ever since I lost my mom. And just recently, I fell in love with these bohemian crystal point necklaces.
So like what I always do, I did my research (thanks Google!) on each stones available, what it meant, where to get, etc. And after a couple of minutes of comparing prices, I found the best deal from Bohemian Dreams. I saw her Instagram page http://instagram.com/bohemiandreams_au and I knew it was the perfect place to get mine. Her business account is on Etsy and after exchanging messages (it was lovely speaking to her and the transaction was smooth) I placed my order and got it a couple of days later.
I couldn’t contain my excitement and I think my boyfriend felt the same way as he wanted to open the package lol. Look at that lovely packaging!
I initially wanted a topaz or a citrine one because those two are my birthstones, however it wasn’t available. So I followed my heart and got the Opalite.
But what exactly is an Opalite stone? Based on @bohemiandreams_au it’s perfect for PSYCHIC ABILITIES + SPIRITUALITY + TRANSITION
A subtle yet highly energetic stone. It is the ideal stone for meditation. Opalite improves communication on all levels, especially the spiritual. It removes energy blockages of the chakras and meridians. Emotionally, Opalite helps by assisting during transitions of all kinds. It engenders persistence and gives us strength in verbalising our hidden feelings. It can also help us to be successful in business and is an all-round healing stone. It aids sexual prowess, enhancing sexual experience, stabilises mood swings and helps in overcoming fatigue. It purifies the blood and kidneys.
This stone has my name written all over it! It should be known as Opalite AKA Chel stone. Also as a side note, I think I also liked it because I grew up in Opal St.
I didn’t bother changing to a darker top to make the crystal point necklace standout when I took the photo but I think its extra pretty like that.
Bohemian Dreams is an Australian based online shop that offers a lot of beautiful accessories. If you’re around the area, I highly recommend getting yours asap as stocks are almost sold out.
I’d love to hear what you think about crystal point necklaces, comment away below 🙂
My birthstone is crystal for I was born in April. It's cool that you know your birthstone and making it a part of your ootd, that was way awesome.
These are beautiful! xo
